Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been made. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States. Online Purchasing Process:

1. You add clothing items and accessories to your shopping cart.

2. Check out and proceed to billing details.

3. You then submits billing details thru our secure PayPal partner.

4. You receive a confirmation via immediate checkout as well as by email.

5. Your new ClosetCat finds will then be placed in the mail in Los Angeles within 3 days.

1. Once we receive your order (as soon as you purchase it), it will be steamed, folded, packaged, and brought to the post office within 3 days.

a. Most turnaround will be done in 1-2 days.

2. You will be notified via email the same day your present has been dropped off at the post office.

3. USPS usually ships within the United States within 5-7 business days.

4. After you receive your present, ClosetCat will follow up with a personal email checking in.

We at ClosetCat want you to adore everything you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your finds, we'll gladly accept your return/exchange request within 14 days of your purchase. Please email us at Returns@ClosetCat.com with the following information:

Date of purchase, reason for return, copy of your invoice email.

Upon receiving this information we will contact you with the return address.

Clothes must be unworn with any tags still attached. Shipping is non-refundable, except if ClosetCat made a shipping error. ONLY EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANY GOODS PURCHASED ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED FOR ANY REASON.

Again, we want you to be as happy with your purchase as we were when we made it. So please don't hesitate in making any suggestions or comments on how we can make your experience a better one.

All measurements are made while the clothing is laid out on a flat surface. You can do the same to an item of clothing you own to compare. The measurements we include are: Bust, Waist, Hip, and Length.

Bust is the measurement (all are in inches) from below one arm hole across the chest to the other.

Waist is the measurement of the slimmest part of the top.

Hip is the measurement of the widest part of the top, or the waistband of a bottom piece.

Length is the measurement from the shoulder side closest to the neckline to the bottom of the garment.

When applicable, model sizes are notes as well so you can make comparisons to the photos provided. Also, if a clothing item is from a recognizable brand name we note that as well so you can compare sizes that way.

Most of the clothing we offer are from our own closets. Some other items are purchased from vintage stores, and storefronts that we think fit our looks so much we had to include them. We strive to maintain a stock of clean, quality goods we would definitely wear ourselves.

Most the clothing items shown are from our actual closets. We've plucked it from our boudoirs and literally only made the one purchase at the time. However, we do plan on expanding to include more sizes and styles in the future.
